In today’s economy it’s not uncommon to see products in your everyday life that are made all over the world. eLiquid is the same: there are different brands made with different ingredients, produced in different countries across the world. But, sometimes it’s important to take a closer look at where your eLiquid is made and the conditions that it is manufactured in, because sometimes other countries aren’t regulated as closely as our businesses are here in the U.S.
In the U.S., our government dictates that businesses must follow general good practice rules to maintain their authenticity. Basically, these rules enforce the working conditions, cleanliness and legality of the workplace, keeping it safe and legitimate while in operation. Unfortunately, not every country has regulations like these that businesses are required to follow. In fact, there are many countries that don’t have any sort of system in place to make sure the products being produced by a manufacturer are up to the standard.
That being said, there’s an ongoing debate about where people should buy their eLiquid and which manufacturers they can trust. It falls down to two main countries that eLiquid is produced and distributed in: China and the U.S.A. Between these two, there has been a
back and forth argument over production conditions, authenticity of products and pricing scales that has caused people to take sides.
It boils down to this: is eLiquid produced in China as safe and reliable as American made eLiquid? There’s no easy answer to address this and there may indeed be no right answer, but there are some tell-tale signs that point to American made products as being safer and more-regulated for safety. Take this article from the New York Times for example – it illustrates the lack of law and procedure that has become the downfall of many Chinese manufacturers.
In the U.S., if a company doesn’t pass inspections and meet specific requirements, it can lose its license and maybe even endure legal action. In fact, a set of standards called the GMP, or “good manufacturing practice” makes it easy for government to see which companies are performing below average. If a company is determined to be sub-par in the U.S., it is forced to either remedy its practices or be forced out of business.
There’s also the matter of quality ingredients used to make eLiquid. We can’t speak for other manufacturers or other countries, but AmericaneLiquidStore.com has nothing to hide when it comes to what we put in our eLiquids! Our ingredients are simple, natural and top-notch in quality. So, instead of taking a chance on another brand of eLiquid, why not buy a guarantee with your next bottle of American made eLiquid: the guarantee of quality that we issue with every one of our products.
